This identifier shall be used in the sales and/or usage data Records to indicate to which summary Record they provide details.

ResourceReference

The identifier of the Record of the resource contained in the release, for which additional musical work data is being provided.

Within a Block, the ResourceReference shall be unique across all resource Records contained in that Block. In the interest of keeping DSR messages as compact as possible, the ResourceReference should typically be a short string, such as 1, 2, etc.

A value in the ResourceReference Cell is mandatory in a DSR message created in accordance with the Masterlist Profile when resources are being reported as part of a release.

UsageForPrioritisation

The number of sales and/or usage of the resource in which the musical work is embodied that is either expected by the licensee based on sales and/or usage for previous reporting periods or sales and/or usage that has already occurred.

A value in the UsageForPrioritisation Cell is mandatory if available to the licensee, subject to the bilateral agreement between the licensee and the licensor. 

The UsageForPrioritisation Cell is intended to aid the licensor in prioritising the processing of the data provided in a DSR message created in accordance with the Masterlist Profile.

PercentileForPrioritisation

The percentile of sales and/or usage in which the licensee either expects this resource to appear, based on:

1. An estimation of its sales and/or usage compared to the total of all sales and/or usage of all resources for which there are sales and/or usage in the sales context, the data about which is provided in the relevant summary Record; or

2. Sales and/or usage that has already occurred. 

It is mandatory for the value in the PercentileForPrioritisation Cell to be an integer that ranges from 0 to 100.

A value in the PercentileForPrioritisation is mandatory if available to the licensee subject to the bilateral agreement between the licensee and the licensor.

The right share percentage of the musical work for which to the knowledge of the licensee no owner(s) or administrator(s) have claimed an interest, as at the time identified in the MessageCreatedDateTime in the HEAD Record.
