Service Description

Where the licensee is reporting sales and/or usage data for one service offering/tier in the DSR message the value in the ServiceDescription shall be the same as the value for ServiceDescription in the HEAD Record.

 A value in the ServiceDescription Cell is mandatory if the licensee is reporting sales and/or usage date for multiple service offerings/tiers in the DSR message or determined by the bilateral agreement between the licensee and the licensor. The identification of each such multiple services is essential to the processing of the DSR message by the licensor.

The value in the ServiceDescription Cell may not contain space characters or underscores.
