BlockId

The identifier of the Block that this Record belongs to, which shall be specific to this DSR message. All Records in a single Block shall have the same BlockId.

ResourceReference

The identifier, which shall be specific to the Block, of the Record that enables other Records in the DSR message to reference this Record.

Within a Block, the ResourceReference shall be unique across all resource Records contained in that Block. In the interest of keeping DSR messages as compact as possible, the ResourceReference should typically be a short string, such as 1, 2, etc.

A value in one of the ResourceReference or the MusicalWorkReference Cells is mandatory.

MusicalWorkReference

An identifier which shall specific to the Block of the Record, that enables other Records in the DSR message to reference directly back to this RC01 Record.

Within a Block, the MusicalWorkReference shall be unique across all resource Records contained in that Block. In the interest of keeping DSR messages as compact as possible, the MusicalWorkReference should typically be a short string, such as 1, 2, etc.

A value in one of the MusicalWorkReference or the ResourceReference Cells is mandatory.

RightsControllerName

The name of the owner or administrator that is believed by the licensee to own or administer a RightShare in the musical work that is the subject of the Record. 

If an RC Record references more than one rights controller, the licensee and the licensor shall agree a mutually acceptable keywords (e.g. “all” or "conflict") to convey the required data. Clearly, the licensee and the licensor must take care to use keywords that do not conflict with actual  RightsControllerName(s) .

RightsType

A description of the type of right that has been exploited by the licensee in providing the service to end users and for which the RightSharePercentage is reported.

It is mandatory for values in the RightsType Cell and for the RightSharePercentage Cell to be provided together.

RightSharePercentage

The percentage that is believed by the licensee to be claimed by the the owner(s) or administrator(s) of the musical work that is the subject of the Record for the value contained in the RightsType Cell.

It is mandatory for the value in the RightSharePercentage Cell to be provided as a decimal between 0 and 100. 

It is mandatory for values in the RightsType Cell and for the RightSharePercentage Cell to be provided together.
