UsageForPrioritisation have to be provided if such information is available, based on bilateral agreements. This information is intended to aid the Message Recipient to prioritise handling the information provided in the report.

The percentile of usage in which the Licensee either expects this Resource to appear, based on an estimation of its use compared to the sum of all the views for all the "active" Resources in the Sales Context provided via the referenced Summary Record, or based on usages that have already occurred.
